This program involves a variety of exercises and drills designed to improve an athlete's quickness, footwork, coordination, and overall athleticism. These sessions are conducted in a group setting, but are often tailored to fit the needs of different individuals within the group.
The primary focus is to help athletes enhance their ability to accelerate, decelerate, change direction, and maintain speed in dynamic situations.
